Roger is a construction veteran with more than 20 years of construction management experience. In that time, he has managed over $150 million worth of projects. Along the way, Roger has overseen the construction of forty NAHB Remodeler’s Council Award winning renovation projects. Roger graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with an Architecture Concentration. He also enjoys designing and crafting fine custom furniture.

geoff eloge – partner
Geoff is well versed in the luxury residential construction. In the last 15 years, he has served clients as a Real Estate Broker, Construction and Design Consultant, Custom Home Project Manager and more recently as the Director of Home Services for a leading HVAC and Home Performance Business. Geoff has an innate understanding of high-end home operations and efficiency and how to create healthy, comfortable, and efficient environments. As a native of Charlotte with many years of experience as a real estate broker, Geoff has proven skills consulting homeowners on the myriad choices required to create their dream home. Geoff is a graduate of Davidson College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art. He uses a critical eye and creative spirit to help build artfully crafted luxury homes.
